Based in Sydney, Groovescooter is an independent record label, production house, DJ/remix team, film/TV music licensing service and weekly radio show, started by Georgie Zuzak and Paris Pompor in 1997.  Artists on the label include Inga Liljestrom, Don Meers, Ollo, Ens and amphibian, as well as production aliases Mothloop and Groovescooter. The label also produces two flagship compilation series; cover version collection 'Re-fashioned' and the 'Music For Film' series in conjunction with the Sydney Film Festival. In 2006, Groovescooter's sub-label imprint da dAdA was launched at the label's own art exhibition, with a growing collection of specially packaged, hand-crafted, limited edition releases.
